The subscription to each &Body program lasts for 1 month (from the subscription start date) and is automatically extended every month until you cancel it. During this time, you have access to the contents of the program you subscribed to.
Certain contents are available from the first month of subscription, while some contents are available after two or three months of subscription.
It takes 12 weeks (three months) to complete the basic part of the program.
Consultations of the &Body Premium program are limited to 3 months from the subscription start date.
Access to each program and accompanying content is possible only during the subscription period.
