They say that in Croatia I am a ball of energy known by the saying: “I move, therefore I am.”
Once a ballerina, later a choreographer, in my 30s I shifted my focus from creative, aesthetic, physical and architectural to the biomechanics and performance of the body with the aim of optimizing my own and others’ general health, in order to encourage people to take efforts aimed at creating their OPTIMAL BODIES.

It’s simple that we all want to FEEL GOOD in our own body.

With knowledge, expertise and experience, I have built a positive motivating community through the training center Andrea’s Room , YouTube channel and Instagram pages.

I am the creator and owner of the specially modified education and franchise program &Ballet , which I designed to make the practice of ballet more accessible, physically healthier and accessible to anyone who wants to work on the body and mind at the same time, and in a fun way.

I am known for creating personalized individual programs, aimed at each client separately, and based on a combination of body mobility training, body weight and load training, cardiovascular work, power yoga, breathing exercises, &Ballet, body recovery and rehabilitation protocols and much more – in order to impart knowledge and scientifically validated tools created so that they can be used by any individual who, if he dedicates his time and continues to work hard, will raise the level of quality of life and achieve a more likely longevity. My frequent saying is: “My goal is to help you die as young as late as possible.”

At its core, my idea is to build a functional balanced body from the inside out – so that the aesthetics of the outside is what is manifested by working from the inside, changing the general lifestyle, gradually creating new habits. A change that is sustainable and stays forever.

  • I don’t own a TV
  • if the temperature is below 20°C, I’m cold and sleep in socks, long sleeves and covered with a blanket.
  • I climbed Sljeme 1.033 m high (any mountain in general) for the first time when I was 34 years old
  • I go to sleep between 8pm and 9pm and wake up around 5am for years. I do not use an alarm, and if I do, it is some soft lullaby music.
  • I always have a small old lady comb in my bag, because I can’t stand it when my bangs are in pairs. My mind is messy enough.
  • I eat (except in restaurants) most food with my fingers, and when I don’t eat with my fingers, I use a small spoon.
  • I eat 2 kg of ice cream without any problems – after a regular meal. Sometimes even more. I don’t understand how it manages to fit in the stomach of a person my size.

  • For her, dark (99% cocoa) chocolate is not food but therapy.

In the years that I count on this planet, I have been a child, a daughter, a sister, a ballerina, a friend, a girlfriend, a coach, a teacher, a choreographer and the owner of a dance company. I held auditions, lectures, educational platforms, speeches, charity events. I opened my training center, educated dancers, trainers and helped hundreds of people to improve their quality of life. I became a scientifically based trainer and practitioner. I started with dance, yoga and pilates training, and now I teach strength training, running, calisthenics and much more. I have tried every diet in the world and now I eat flexibly. I had bulimia, now I am a nutrition mentor.
I used to hate olives and avocados, but now I eat them every day.
