You can cancel your subscription at any time without any additional costs, and we will be sorry to see you go.
When you want to cancel your subscription, keep the following in mind:
- We recommend canceling at least 24 hours prior to your next payment date for cancellations to successfully process in time.
- By canceling your subscription, you will not receive a refund or a prorated portion of the remaining subscription.
- After cancellation, you will be able to continue using &Body or the other program for the entire course of the remaining billing cycle you have paid for.
- To reactivate your subscription after it has expired, you can log back to your account and place a new subscription order.

Updating your card information depends on the payment method you originally selected.
Credit / debit card
To change or update your card information, log in to My Account and click on Payment Method .
If you made the payment via the Stripe platform, enter the appropriate new data. If you subscribed via CorvusPay, you need to follow the CorvusPay instructions.
If you want to change your payment method, you must first cancel your current subscription. If you subscribed via credit/debit card, you can cancel your subscription easily within your account by clicking on My Subscriptions and then canceling your subscription. When your current subscription cycle ends, you will receive a notification and an invitation to subscribe again.
PayPal
You need to access your PayPal account and update your card details within your PayPal account.

&Body programs are programs for which a monthly subscription is paid. The subscription is automatically renewed every month by creating a monthly order and charging the credit or debit card with which the initial subscription payment was made, or charging the account on the PayPal platform. At the end of a particular monthly period ie. billing cycle, your account is debited and the amount of the monthly subscription for the next period is charged.
You can stop the automatic renewal of the subscription at any time by simply canceling the subscription.
If you have subscribed to the &Body program, you can at any time enrich your subscription with &Body Premium or include a subscription to &Body Specific. Please note that the number of users of &Body Premium is limited and that the purchase of this supplement may be limited at some point.
Since each subscription content is separate and not dependent on each other, program upgrades actually mean that you need to subscribe to the desired program as a new or additional one. Each of the included programs is independent of each other and can be used separately or together depending on your needs and goals.
For example, if you need to use one or more &Body Specific programs for any reason, you should subscribe to each of them separately (choose in the main menu Shop and then select the desired programs and put them in the Basket and then proceed as with the order and order confirmation). If you are a subscriber of the &Body program and you want to use the &Body Premium or one of the &Body Specific programs, you need to select the desired program in the Shop and add it to the basket and proceed with the order and order confirmation.
After we receive confirmation that the payment has been made, we will provide you with access data for your account as soon as possible and a request to change the initial assigned password for logging in to My Account. This usually happens within 24 hours.
If you have subscribed to &Body Premium, in addition to the previous information, we will contact you at your email address for the basic information necessary to arrange an appointment for an online consultation.

- credit / debit card via the CorvusPay platform (this payment method is only in use for a next few months, so we advise you to stop paying for the subscription via this platform, and if you want to continue the subscription after that, choose payment via the Stripe platform as a payment method instead)

The subscription includes watching and using the video materials and written electronic materials that make up the contents of the package. For example, the &Body program currently includes:

This content is continuously updated and expanded. The subscription to &Body also includes various discounts on certain services and products of &Andrea, such as new programs/subscription packages, professional lectures, discounts with sponsors and friends of &Andrea projects. These discounts are occasionally published on andreasolomun.com.
The contents of &Body Specific programs are explained separately for each of these programs.
Before the subscription expires, you will be notified by e-mail about the expiration of the subscription and the upcoming automatic payment for the next period.
&Body is a subscription-based program that will charge your chosen payment method, each monthly billing cycle, on the same date you originally subscribed. The subscription lasts until you cancel it.
Depending on the selected program, for the duration of the subscription you will have full access to all available features and contents within the selected program.
The subscription is available for a minimum period of one month and must be canceled at least 24 hours before the next billing date if you do not wish to continue. Refunds for subscriptions canceled during the monthly cycle are not possible. For more information on unsubscribing, see our article on how to unsubscribe.
Upon cancellation, please note that while you will still have access to your account until the end of your monthly billing cycle, you will no longer have access to any content within the program you subscribed to after your subscription expires.
Subscription collection
Once you subscribe to &Body, you agree that subscription fees and other charges related to the subscription will be automatically billed to the payment method you provided when purchasing the subscription, on the renewal date of your monthly cycle. Subscription billing applies regardless of whether you use whether your subscription or not.
Promotional trials / discounts / coupons
Promotional subscriptions, subscriptions with special offers and those used for purchase may be transferred to a full-price membership at the end of any promotional trial period, discount, offer or coupon unless the subscription is canceled before the end of the promotional period or otherwise specified. Fees and charges for the following period will be charged to your chosen payment method. Charges for refunds will continue until the subscription is canceled.
In everything, the General Terms and Conditions apply, and details regarding subscriptions can be found in the Subscription Agreement , which you accepted by purchasing the subscription.
If you have lost the access data required to log into your account (username and/or password), contact us by message at support@andreasolomun.com so that we can send you new access data.
If you are unable to log in to My Account and you did not receive a message that the username or password is incorrect, you can do two things:
- refresh the page
- click the Login button again
- clear the cache in the browser you are using (usually, this option is found in the browser settings under Privacy and Security – you need to clear the search data) and then try to log in to My Account again

The &Body program wants to help you change your life habits and permanently increase and maintain a new level of strength, flexibility, mental resilience and quality of your life.
Therefore, physical activity and the achieved level of mobility and the like need to be maintained and, if necessary, increased even after the completion of the first cycle of 12 weeks. Also, the continuation of the subscription gives you access to new exercises and knowledge regarding physical mobility, ability and longevity, as well as new educational materials that are updated and added to the program.

In case of illness or other reasons that prevent you from actively exercising at full pace, there is no need to interrupt the program and subscription, since various other forms of activity are provided for such cases (such as breathing exercises, meditation, etc.).

Failed payments can be caused by a number of reasons. Always ensure the following when shopping on our website:
- There are sufficient funds in the account linked to the card with which you are making the purchase
- The card information you entered matches the card
- Your bank may have declined the transaction without giving a reason. Contact your bank if this may be the case.
- We always recommend that you contact the associated financial institution (credit/debit card issuer, PayPa, …) to check if there may be any other issues causing this error, or alternatively try to make the purchase using another payment method.

&Andrea offers new members a Free Trial to the &Body. The trial is a fantastic way to introduce yourself to the &Body community! The trial will allow you to access all content available within the &Body – the same as a normal subscription!
At the end of your Trial, your subscription will automatically roll over to a monthly &Body subscription, unless cancelled within the trial period.
If you do not wish to continue to a paid &Body subscription at the end of your trial period, you will need to cancel your subscription before the renewal date. We recommend cancelling at least 24 hours prior to the expiry of your trial to ensure a charge is not processed. If you’re unsure of when your trial is due to renew, head to your My Accounts/Subscription to view your renewal date.
