Protein is essential for a healthy diet, aiding in muscle repair and growth. Quick, tasty, and easy protein meals are a great way to ensure you meet your daily protein needs.
We all love meals that can be prepared in minutes, making them perfect for busy schedules. By incorporating protein-rich foods into your diet, you’ll not only enjoy delicious meals but also support your overall health and fitness goals.
Today, straight from my kitchen counter, I’m bringing to your table the easiest and most delicious protein raspberry cake! You can serve it a sweet breakfast, or snack, and most importantly, it tastes equally good hot or cold!
Enjoy!
Ingredients:
- 2 cups of oats
- 2 eggs
- 2 bananas
- 1 cup raspberries (or other berries of your choice)
- 1 scoop (30g) of protein powder : I used cocoa flavour by spin2sport – use code: “ANDRESOLOMUN10” for 10% off
- 1-2 tbs of peanut butter (I used chocolate walnut spread instead)
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 1 tsp of cinnamon (or more like me because I love cinnamon in high amounts)
- Pinch of vanilla extract
Directions:
- Preheat the oven to 180°C
- Smash the bananas and mix them with eggs, cinnamon, vanilla, and peanut butter.
- Then add oats, protein powder, baking powder, and raspberries. Mix all together and leave for 3-4 min.
- Use baking paper for the pan and transfer the batter into the pan.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes.
- Leave it to cool down.
- Feel free to top it with chocolate, fruit, seeds, or like me – with melted squished raspberries mixed with dark chocolate.
The cake is a true 🌈 of deliciousness 😍!!
Not to mention nutritious and healthy!
