Posljednjih 30-ak godina tako smo vidjeli da trendovi ljepote osciliraju od toga da je na cijeni iznimno mr\u0161ava, manekenska gra\u0111a tijela, ali i bujne obline. Unatrag pet godina se pak po\u010delo sve vi\u0161e i vi\u0161e pri\u010dati o body positivity i prihva\u0107anju samih sebe onakvih kakvi jesmo \u2013 bez obzira na to \u0161to nam mo\u017eda standardi ljepote govore da se ne uklapamo u \u017eeljene norme.<\/p>\n<p>U toj stalnoj potrazi za prihva\u0107anjem i formiranjem savr\u0161enog izgleda, kojim je dana\u0161nje dru\u0161tvo uvelike nezdravo opsjednuto, mnogi su, umjesto mijenjanja navika i prihva\u0107anja ideje da su uravnote\u017eena prehrana, kvalitetan san i redovita tjelovje\u017eba najsigurnija receptura za dugovje\u010dno tijelo, skloni isprobavati razne &#8216;IT&#8217; i trendi dijete. Tako se iz sezone u sezonu na listama najpopularnijih fitness programa i dijeta mogu prona\u0107i keto, mjese\u010deva ili pak japanska dijeta \u2013 iako su sve u su\u0161tini bazirane ne istom konceptu, a to je kalorijski deficit.<\/p>\n<p>Dakle, kalorijski deficit, odnosno potro\u0161nja ve\u0107eg broja kalorija od onoga kojeg unesemo u tijelo putem hrane u danu je jedini na\u010din da izgubimo kilograme i smr\u0161avimo, a u posljednje je vrijeme sve vi\u0161e javnost svjesna opasnosti nekih trendi dijeta koje imaju dugoro\u010dno kobne posljedice za zdravlje. Naime, izbacivanje jedne ili vi\u0161e skupina namirnica iz prehrane mo\u017ee kratkoro\u010dno dovesti do smanjenja kilograma, ali na duge pruge o\u0161tetiti funkcije organa i na molekularnoj razini izazvati probleme s funkcijom na\u0161eg organizma.<\/p>\n<p>Zbog toga se sve ve\u0107i naglasak stavlja na u\u010denje o takozvanom intuitivnom jedenju \u2013 odnosno, svojevrsnoj anti-dijeti.<\/p>\n<h2>\u0160to je to intuitivno jedenje?<\/h2>\n<p>Dok dijete i specijalno kreirani programi prehrane propisuju u kojoj mjeri, \u0161to i kada jesti, cijela ideja koja stoji iza intuitivnog hranjenja je ta da mo\u017eete jesti u koli\u010dinama koje \u0107e nas zasititi \u2013 te da nau\u010dimo kada i kako do\u0107i do te to\u010dke i onda svjesno prestati jesti, bez striktnih pravila i restrikcija.<\/p>\n<p>Intuitivna prehrana se tako bazira na pretpostavci da na\u0161a tijela prirodno znaju \u0161to im je potrebno za odr\u017eavanje i unaprje\u0111enje, no treba uzeti u obzir da smo evolucijski &#8216;programirani&#8217; tako da se reproduciramo u uvjetima ograni\u010dene dostupnosti energije \u2013 pa nas zato \u010desto vi\u0161e privla\u010di hrana jako bogata energijom no ona koja to nije u toj mjeri. Dakle, logi\u010dno je da nas vi\u0161e privla\u010di kalori\u010dnija, masnija hrana, a ako intuitivno jedemo, ne\u0107emo li se njome stalno prejedati? Studije pokazuju da pojedinci koji odjednom odlu\u010de intuitivno jesti zapravo nemaju kontrolu niti nad odabirom namirnica koje konzumiraju niti nad koli\u010dinom pojedene hrane \u2013 zapravo, ve\u0107ina \u0107e u po\u010detku unositi znatan suficit kalorija, a istovremeno \u0107e si govoriti da jede zdravo i balansirano jer osje\u0107aju potrebu tijela za, npr., slatkim. Dakle, puko slu\u0161anje unutarnjih tjelesnih signala je nedovoljno \u2013 jer nas oni \u010desto mogu zavarati.<\/p>\n<h2>Mane i prednosti intuitivnog jedenja<\/h2>\n<p>Prehrana se ne vrti samo oko nutrijenata. Psiholo\u0161ki aspekt prehrane, odnos prema hrani, temelj je zdrave prehrane. Hrana je elementarni dio na\u0161ih socijalnih \u017eivota, ima emotivnu komponentu i predstavlja ugodu i utjehu. Promatraju\u0107i taj segment, intuitivno jedenje doista jest bolji izbor u odnosu na ve\u0107inu drugih dijeta koje propisuju restrikciju unosa namirnica i kalorija te stvaraju lo\u0161 odnos s hranom. Taj lo\u0161 odnos put je u poreme\u0107aje hranjenja od onih poput obi\u010dnog prejedanja do bulimije ili anoreksije \u2013 opasne po \u017eivot.<\/p>\n<p>Jasno je da je hrana danas pre-dostupna, posebno ona visoko procesuirana i s dodanim \u0161e\u0107erima. Takva hrana izaziva odre\u0111enu dozu \u201eovisnosti\u201c (ne one fizi\u010dke jer nije znanstveno dokazano ve\u0107 one psihi\u010dke) zbog osje\u0107aja privremene ugode i zadovoljstva (razine dopamina). Vjerujem da smo svjesni da je upravo takva hrana razlog porasta pretilosti u svijetu (v. \u010dlanak <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/andreasolomun.com\/pageblog\/posast-pretilost-i-njen-poguban-utjecaj-na-zdravlje\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Po\u0161ast pretilosti<\/a><\/strong>). Takva hrana ne poma\u017ee nit kod porasta problematike prejedanja s kojom se bori mnogo vi\u0161e populacije nego li \u0161to mislite. Kad sam radila ankete tko ima problema s prejedanjem odgovor je bio zabrinjavaju\u0107ih 73%. To je statistika s mog Instagram profila, ali nije nezanemariva brojka kad pogledamo uzorak par stotina ljudi koji su glasovali.<\/p>\n<p>Jedan od zaista kvalitetnih alata za uspostavljanje zdravijeg odnosa prema hrani jest Intuitivno jedenje. Izgradnjom takvog odnosa ostvarit \u0107emo dugoro\u010dne odr\u017eive rezultate. Problem je \u0161to na tom duljem putu \u010desto dolazi do privremenog nakupljanja vi\u0161ka kilograma. \u0160to smatram zdravim i normalnim procesom u\u010denja o razinama sitosti, koli\u010dini hrane koja je zaista potrebna tijelu i umu kao i skidanja restrikcija. Kratkoro\u010dno problem, dugoro\u010dno mir i sloboda.<\/p>\n<p>Ako postavimo pitanje je li intuitivno jedenje nu\u017eno i zdraviji na\u010din mr\u0161avljenja, odgovori znanstvenika koje \u0107ete prona\u0107i dosta variraju, te se mo\u017ee re\u0107i kako to ovisi od slu\u010daja do slu\u010daja, no generalno se svi sla\u017eu kako intuitivno jedenje nije najefikasniji na\u010din prehrane za ljude koji \u017eele izgubiti kilograme.<\/p>\n<p>Kako stvari stoje, mr\u0161avljenje po svojoj definiciji zna\u010di da raspola\u017eemo s manje energije u odnosu na period kada zadr\u017eavamo kila\u017eu. U takvoj situaciji tijelo dominantno tra\u017ei hranu bogatiju energijom. To je evolucijski pe\u010dat na nama i posve je prirodno. U tom trenutku, kada \u017eelimo smr\u0161aviti pa moramo tu i tamo biti gladni ili si uskratiti prekomjerne koli\u010dine hrane koju volimo, slu\u0161ati tijelo mo\u017ee biti jako zahtjevno. Tijelo nam samo govori da je to protuprirodno, protuintuitivno pona\u0161anje te \u0107e u kona\u010dnici kombinacija cilja mr\u0161avljenja i intuitivnog jedenja dovesti do prejedanja. Popustit \u0107emo pod pritiskom &#8216;volje tijela&#8217; te posegnuti za vre\u0107icom \u010dipsa dok \u017eelimo ostvariti kalorijsku potro\u0161nju \u2013 a sve pod izlikom intuitivnog jedenja i parole &#8216;tijelo mi to tra\u017ei&#8217;.<\/p>\n<p>Takav obrazac pona\u0161anja mo\u017ee biti jednako toksi\u010dan kao i onaj koji nau\u010dimo ako pratimo stroge dijete na kojima si uskra\u0107ujemo puno namirnica. Rezultat u kona\u010dnici biva isti, oba dvije opcije zavr\u0161avaju &#8216;popu\u0161tanjem&#8217; i prejedanjem u svemu \u0161to je &#8216;zabranjeno&#8217;, \u0161to dovodi do stagnacije ili vi\u0161ka na vagi.<\/p>\n<p>Tako\u0111er, jo\u0161 jedan razlog za\u0161to intuitivno jedenje nije najbolji oblik mr\u0161avljenja je taj \u0161to se proces mr\u0161avljenja ne bi trebao provoditi zanemaruju\u0107i nutritivnu vrijednost prehrane. Zdrava kila\u017ea ne zna\u010di i zdravu prehranu. Kvaliteta i kvantiteta prehrane su dvije potpuno odvojene pri\u010de. Intuitivno jedenje ne govori nam ni\u0161ta o tome. A tijelo na\u017ealost nema senzore kvalitete prehrane \u2013 ve\u0107 zapravo vrlo \u010desto tra\u017ei da u organizam ubacujemo ne tako zdrave, masne i visokokalori\u010dne namirnice.<\/p>\n<h2>Zaklju\u010dak \u2013 intuitivna prehrana, da ili ne?<\/h2>\n<p>Je li pojedini obrazac prehrane zdraviji od drugoga ovisi prvenstveno o tome \u0161to jedemo, o nutritivnoj kvaliteti na\u0161e prehrane. Intuitivno jedenje nam ne govori \u0161to trebamo jesti. \u0160tovi\u0161e, \u0161alje opasnu poruku da nam na\u0161a tijela \u0161alju optimalne signale o tome \u0161to im treba \u2013 \u0161to vrlo \u010desto zavarava i dovodi u zamku. Nutricionisti se stoga sla\u017eu kako je intuitivna prehrana odli\u010dan alat za stjecanje zdravijeg odnosa s hranom, ali samo i samo ako je taj odnos temeljen na znanju o nutritivnoj va\u017enosti namirnica.
