Ve\u0107ina ljudi ima pretrpane rasporede obavezama i stalno \u017eonglira izme\u0111u posla i privatnosti, a najuspje\u0161niji pojedinci upravo su oni koji su prilagodljivi na promjene \u2013 i ne odustaju tako lako.<\/p>\n<p>Naime, oni koji kontinuirano i disciplinirano vje\u017ebaju, mijenjaju prehranu malim koracima ili pak rade na pobolj\u0161anju mentalnog fokusa i kvalitete sna, nisu uspje\u0161ni u promjenama \u017eivotnih navika zato \u0161to se besprijekorno pridr\u017eavaju svakog pravila ve\u0107 zato \u0161to pronalaze na\u010din kako da pravila prilagode sebi i svojem ritmu. Ok, mo\u017eda jedan tjedan jedu vi\u0161e ili pak vje\u017ebaju manje, ali ih to ne baci automatski u crnu rupu o\u010daja ve\u0107 su svjesni \u010dinjenice da \u017eivot nije predvidljiv te da njihov put prema zdravijem i ljep\u0161em tijelu nije formiran jednim posrtanjem ve\u0107 s 10 uzastopnih uspjeha, odnosno discipliniranih postupaka.<\/p>\n<h3><strong>Najgore \u0161to se mo\u017ee dogoditi je odustajanje<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p>Kada kre\u0107ete na svoj fitness put prema zdravlju, najbitnije je da na putu ne odustanete na prvoj, drugoj ili tre\u0107oj prepreci \u2013 ve\u0107 nastavite unato\u010d izazovima.
