Pitala sam svoje pratitelje \u2014 ljude koje stalno educiram o ovoj temi \u2014 i odgovori su bili itekako zanimljivi.  <\/p>\n<p>Kada sam pitala:<\/p>\n<p><strong>\u201eRadi\u0161 li kardio?\u201c<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>63 % je odgovorilo <em>Da, radim<\/em>.<\/li>\n<li>18% % je odgovorilo: <em>Mrzim ga, ali ga odradim.<\/em><\/li>\n<li>19% je odgovorilo: <em>Ne, izbjegavam ga (jer ga ne volim \/ ozljeda)<\/em><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Jo\u0161 zanimljivije:<\/p>\n<p><strong>\u201cTr\u010di\u0161 li?\u201d<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>46% je odgovorilo: <em>Ne, mrzim tr\u010dati.<\/em><\/li>\n<li>40% je odgovorilo: <em>Da, volim tr\u010dati.<\/em><\/li>\n<li>14%<em> je odgovorilo Ne mogu, ozlije\u0111en\/a sam<\/em><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>\u201cVozi\u0161 li bicikl?\u201d<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>51% je odgovorilo: <em>Da<\/em><\/li>\n<li>39% je odgovorilo: <em>Ne<\/em><\/li>\n<li>10% je odgovorilo: <em>Razmi\u0161ljam da po\u010dnem<\/em><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>\u201cKoju vrstu treninga radi\u0161?\u201d<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>71% je odgovorilo: <em>Radim snagu i kardio<\/em><\/li>\n<li>27% je odgovorilo: <em>Samo snagu<\/em><\/li>\n<li>2% je odgovrilo: <em>Samo kardi<\/em>o<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Dakle, ve\u0107ina vas zna da je va\u017ean uravnote\u017een pristup treningu. Ali evo neugodne istine: <\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: left;\"><strong>Znati \u2260 raditi<\/strong><br \/>\n<strong>Razumjeti \u2260 primjeniti<\/strong><br \/>\n<strong>Klimati glavom dok skrola\u0161 \u2260 pojaviti se kada ti je te\u0161ko i ne da ti se<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>\u010cak i kad znamo koji su \u201epravi\u201c odgovori I dalje izbjegavamo treninge koji nas uspu\u0161u, kod kojih se znojimo I imamo osje\u0107aj da \u0107e nam srce isko\u010dit, koji su nam neugodni ili zahtjevni.<br \/>Ali znate \u0161to?  <strong>Ne mo\u017eete pobje\u0107i od istine.<\/strong><\/p>\n<h4 class=\"\" style=\"--fontsize: 20; line-height: 1.2; --minfontsize: 20;\" data-fontsize=\"20\" data-lineheight=\"24px\"><strong>Velika trojka: Kardio. Snaga. Mobilnost.  <\/strong><\/h4>\n<p><strong>Potrebno je sve troje.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Volimo ladice, zar ne? Trka\u010di tr\u010de. Gym ekipa di\u017ee utege. Yogiji se iste\u017eu. Ali tvojem tijelu nije bitno \u0161to ti voli\u0161 vi\u0161e ili ne voli\u0161. Ono funkcionira kao cjelina. Sve je povezano. Your <strong>VO\u2082 max<\/strong> inije samo mjerilo tvojeg fitnessa. To je prediktor:  <\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Lifespan<\/li>\n<li>Otpornosti na bolesti<\/li>\n<li>Tolerancije na stres<\/li>\n<li>Zdravlja mozga<\/li>\n<li>Kako \u0107e\u0161 stariti<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>(<em><a href=\"https:\/\/pubmed.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov\/19454641\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Kodama et al., 2009 \u2013 Meta-analysis<\/a><\/em>)<\/p>\n<p>Ote\u017eano disanje i lupanje srca nisu znak da odustane\u0161. Udarate u zid, ispu\u0161ete se brzo i osje\u0107ate da ste &#8220;izgubili naopredak&#8221;.
