sna\u017eno i uspravno u svom tijelu \u2013 ne samo tijekom treninga, nego u svakodnevnom \u017eivotu.<\/p>\n<p>Program je namijenjen \u017eenama 35+ koje puno sjede, rade pod pritiskom i osje\u0107aju da im se tijelo s godinama \u201czatvara\u201d, gubi lako\u0107u i stabilnost.<\/p>\n<p>Ovo nije terapija i nije klasi\u010dan pilates, ali nije ni agresivan trening snage. Fokus je na kvaliteti pokreta, kontroli, disanju i snazi koja ne naru\u0161ava dr\u017eanje, nego ga gradi.<\/p>\n<p>Treninzi se odvijaju u malim grupama od \u010detiri do pet \u017eena, dva do tri puta tjedno.\u00a0\u00a0Rad je sporiji, precizan i svjestan.<\/p>\n<p>Svaki sat zapo\u010dinje postavljanjem tijela \u2013 disanjem, polo\u017eajem zdjelice, rebara i lopatica \u2013 nakon \u010dega slijedi snaga vo\u0111ena pilates principima: kontrola, stabilnost, unilateralni rad i mali, ali u\u010dinkoviti pokreti.\u00a0Zavr\u0161ni dio sata povezuje nau\u010deno s pokretima koji se prenose u stvarni \u017eivot \u2013 hodanje, stajanje, no\u0161enje, dr\u017eanje tijela tijekom dana.<\/p>\n<p>Posture to Power nije program za \u201cizmoriti se\u201d, nego za izgraditi tijelo koje nosi.\u00a0\u00a0Nakon nekoliko tjedana \u017eene primje\u0107uju da stoje uspravnije, imaju manje napetosti u le\u0111ima i vratu, osje\u0107aju se sigurnije u pokretu i sna\u017enije bez osje\u0107aja krutosti ili iscrpljenosti.<\/p>\n<p>Ovo je program za \u017eene koje \u017eele snagu, ali i osje\u0107aj kontrole, elegancije i
