The &Body program gives you flexibility and the ability to adjust the content of your daily work depending on your goals and capabilities. You will notice that for each group of exercises there are several options for video selection. For some exercises there are more advanced or more demanding versions. In others, the emphasis is on individual parts of the body, muscle groups or your possible weak points. Choose the combination that suits you best. Experiment and monitor the results. The initial questionnaire to be filled in at the beginning and the Performance journal will help you in this.
