The program consists of an initial cycle of 12 weeks and the time after that. The initial cycle is divided into months (first, second, third) with appropriate contents. Thus, certain contents are available depending on the duration of the subscription.
Flexibility and the ability to adapt to specific needs are at the core of my approach. Therefore, if you don’t manage to get through the entire program in exactly three months, but you need four, don’t consider it a failure. Among other things, the goal is to create new life habits, which sometimes last longer. It is important that you go through the entire program and continue after that.
